大地震が起きる確率

東京（首都圏）で大地震が起きる確率は３０年（３５６日×３０年≒１００００日）以内に７０％、南海トラフの起こる確率も同様で３０年以内に７０％と言われている。　‥このことはほぼ正しそう。

では、どちらの地震も起こらない確率は、0.3（３０％）×0.3（３０％）＝0.0９（９％）・・ということは、１－0.0９=0.91(９１％）となり、どちらかの大地震が３０年以内に起こる確率は９１％ということになり、ほぼ起こると考えた方が良い。　

ですから、これから３０～５０年の間はいつ地震があってもおかしくないと考えればよいですね。　それから、富士山などの火山の噴火も地震と連動してる可能性もありますから、もっと危機感は増すものと思われます。
