空腹は満たされない感覚ではない

：

夏場になって気になっていることがある・・

Tシャツから腹の出っ張りが見える。

これを何とかしないと、みっともない。

：

空腹の状態は心地よいことであり、

”空腹は満たされない感覚ではない”ことに気付いた。

体重を、今の８０キロから７０キロに落とせるかもしれない。

我が体重は、徐々に減少ちつつある。
