――ポーズを止めない、感性を写すということ

Women’s Nude Photography Exhibition
— Not Fixing the Pose, Photographing Sensibility

この展示に写っている身体は、止められていない。
ポーズとして固定される前の、
動きの途中にある身体である。

女性ヌードは、長いあいだ「完成された形」として提示されてきた。
しかし本展が向き合うのは、
形そのものではなく、形へと移ろう過程である。
重心が移り、呼吸が変わり、
次の動作へ向かう、その一瞬。

撮影において、ポーズは指示されない。
身体は自ら動き、止まり、また動き出す。
写真家はそれを制御するのではなく、
現れてくる感性を待つ。

感性は、意図した表情には宿らない。
むしろ、意識がほどけた瞬間、
身体が思考よりも先に反応したとき、
ふと立ち上がる。

写真は一瞬を切り取るが、
ここに写るのは「瞬間」ではなく「流れ」である。
ポーズを止めないという選択は、
身体を対象ではなく、存在として扱うための態度でもある。

この展示は、
完成されたヌードを示すものではない。
感性が身体を通して現れてくる、その途中を記録したものである。

The bodies in this exhibition are not held still.
They are captured in transition,
before becoming fixed as poses.

For a long time, the female nude has been presented
as a completed form.
This exhibition, however, turns its attention away from form itself
and toward the process of becoming.
A shift in balance, a change in breathing,
a moment just before the next movement begins.

During the shoot, poses are not instructed.
The body moves, pauses, and moves again on its own.
The photographer does not control this flow,
but waits for sensibility to emerge.

Sensibility does not reside in deliberate expressions.
It appears when consciousness loosens,
when the body responds before thought,
and something quietly surfaces.

Photography freezes a moment,
yet what is captured here is not a “moment,” but a flow.
Choosing not to stop the pose
is also a way of treating the body not as an object,
but as a living presence.

This exhibition does not present finished nudes.
It records the process
through which sensibility reveals itself through the body.
