――沈黙する身体が語るもの

この展示にある身体は、何かを説明しない。
感情も、物語も、正しさも、言葉では語られない。
ただ、沈黙したまま、そこに在る。

女性ヌードは、長い美術史の中で、幾度も「美」として語られてきた。
しかし本展が向き合うのは、理想化された身体ではない。
呼吸し、時間を引き受け、ためらいを含んだ、ひとりの人間の身体である。

写真は一瞬を固定する装置だが、
身体は決して止まらない。
しわ、重心の揺れ、皮膚の緊張。
それらは、若さや官能の記号ではなく、
生きてきた時間そのものとして、画面に残されている。

沈黙する身体は、受動的ではない。
語らないという選択によって、
見る者の視線を静かに問い返す。
私たちは何を見ようとしているのか。
どのように見てしまうのか。

この展示は、答えを提示しない。
見ることと見られることのあいだに生じる緊張、
その場に立ち上がる気配だけを残す。

沈黙の中で、身体は語っている。
それをどう受け取るかは、
見る者ひとりひとりに委ねられている。

Women’s Nude Art Exhibition　— What Silent Bodies Speak

The bodies presented in this exhibition do not explain themselves.
They offer no clear emotions, narratives, or justifications.
They simply exist — in silence.

Throughout the history of art, the female nude has repeatedly been framed as “beauty.”
This exhibition, however, does not pursue an idealized body.
It engages with a human body that breathes, carries time,
and holds hesitation within itself.

Photography is a device that freezes a moment,
yet the body never truly stops.
Wrinkles, shifts of balance, tension in the skin —
these are not symbols of youth or eroticism,
but traces of lived time preserved within the image.

A silent body is not a passive one.
By choosing not to speak,
it quietly returns the gaze of the viewer.
What are we trying to see?
How do we find ourselves looking?

This exhibition offers no answers.
It leaves only the tension that arises
between seeing and being seen.

Within silence, the body speaks.
How that voice is received
is left to each viewer.
